Want to know what Bill Gates knows about social media?

Danah Boyd is one of the most insightful writers on teenagers + social networking. She recently took a new role in Microsoft and gave a talk to Bill Gates and other peers on social media. And she has made this talk available online.

This is definitely worth a read, even for folks well versed in this stuff. (I'm guessing Mr Gates is well versed.)
