Domino's profits helped by social media
Much of the stuff I've been reading about in relation to social media is how marketers struggle to justify putting budget into their blogs, facebook, twitter etc. Charlene Li (of Goundswell fame) published a new book recently called Open Leadership, that covers this pretty well. It is worth a read.
I also came across an article here on Mashable where Domino's CEO points to social media and its foursquare promotion as reasons for its profit increase.
